Director Guy Morgan
Guy Morgan graduated from the City University of New York at Queens College with a major in film studies.
Cutting his teeth in the film business, working the old-school way as production assistant to grip and electric department, camera department, and eventually became a director of photography.
After winning the Roy W. Grant, he started working on his documentary project, which is finally coming to fruition.
His passion and love for film can be seen throughout the many shorts, features and art pieces that he was associated with. From Gaffing 76, a high-speed short film that was displayed outside Lincoln Center on an 80 foot screen, directed by David Michalek, to becoming director of photography on David’s (Dries Van Noten Retrospective.) His experience has made him always say (that you ever stop learning in this business)
